Rodeo is just the sweetest dog ever! He is a very healthy
and happy dog. He loves attention. Rodeo had
FHO (femoral head removal) surgery when he was 9 months old.
He, somehow, broke the head of his femur (the ball) and it had
to be removed. This has not slowed him down one bit.
He does not limp or favor the leg at all! He kind of walks
with a cute little swish in his hind end when he gets excited,
but otherwise he is great. We try to keep him from jumping
as much as we can but it is impossible to completely stop him.
Nevertheless, it has never been a problem. He is trained to use
a doggie door. |
